Either way, neither of us have to drive anywhere which is the most important thing (third image).

RustyPuppy and I decided on a theme together. In this case, time. Then RP created collages and I wrote haiku/haikusenryu inspired by them. It was fun to work with another artist/creator and I'm really looking forward to doing it again this year.

I feel that way sometimes with my mixed media art … that the process (including what initially seems like a mistake) reveals things I hadn’t thought of that end up being wonderful.
Nancy Hillis calls it the Adjacent Possible: that you wouldn’t have gotten to that particular end if not for the ‘mistakes’ that happened along the way … and to be open to that. 🫂

I prefer https://www.whynostr.com - most pages are lists of links to resources, so someone can follow through on whatever interests them, and I find the home page more welcoming (at least for the folks I know) because it avoids dividing into the ‘protocol’ language right away.
