I think i have similar issue in the past. You just need to disable "people" icon in filter.nostr.wine like my settings. The spam comes from public channel first and somehow also regular notes if you enable those setting.

Not sure, have not check them in details. I think they have some channels between them but still they possibly charge a bit between each other. Logically, node operator like us can possibly target them to bridge liquidity between their channel.

Ah, I think you are using regular version of Damus right? The new beta version in Test Flight solve most of this problem.

Unfortunately, Apple is slow to include this beta version. You need to wait for more time until updates come to regular version 😅

Oh, if you use Damus regular version then you probably have to wait until the recent update comes. Damus Test Flight version has zaps for every notes.

In Amethyst https://github.com/vitorpamplona/amethyst we can easily hide notes/post that we don't want to see. Also can set relays setting so we can prevent to see a lot of spams. :)

What clients that you are using? Popular clients like Damus (Test Flight) or Amethyst can send zaps for every notes
