In my use-case I’m storing a push token associated with the users pub key so the user can receive push notifications for events that happen when they’re not in the app. I just read nip-78 but it seems not quite right for this particular use-case as I, on the server side, need to query my db for a set of users pubkeys to get their push token to send notifications?

If I want to store some user preferences on a private server that’s not a nostr event, is it a good pattern to use the users keys to sign and verify them on the client before posting their preference to my server/db?

They’re all bots so probably not.

One thing I loved about #MoneyElectric was all the non-Satoshi stuff.

- It painted bitcoin in a really good light that I would never expect from a journalist.

- Showed just how dumb the current financial system is and current economists.

- Depicted small blockers in a good light, and was generally positive about the outcome of the block wars.

A lot of non-bitcoiners are going to watch this over the years. With a small sample size of non-bitcoiners (my wife), she’s not convinced that nostr:npub1ej493cmun8y9h3082spg5uvt63jgtewneve526g7e2urca2afrxqm3ndrm was Satoshi, but she actually watched the entire doc (that never happens) and I saw her listening attentively as they talked about all culturally relevant about bitcoin. This was good for bitcoin.
