I try to keep an ongoing up to date db of all decentralized social protocols… https://airtable.com/shri7e7EHoTi0cEjO

If you’re trying to find projects and understand what’s out there, it’s useful.

Very cool. Thanks for sharing.

Always a ham poking around on these decentralized protocols. Love to see it. Also extra here and can listen far and wide in the southeast US.

Do another with the labels swapped. 😂

But they make it hard to wake up. Like age restricting the truth.

Pay for a relay or two and then limit global to those.

Buy when it’s low. Mine when it’s high. Always stacking.

Smaller bounties that take less time to complete is probably the easiest approach, but I'm skeptical that complex systems can be built on a bounty system.

I've watched bounty and grants programs for decentralized systems for over 3 years consistently fail to produce real results. The product of bounties has almost universally been bare-minimum POCs to satisfy the requirements followed by complete abandonment of the result because ongoing ownership wasn't planned for.

Bounties have been really successful in the security space because the terms are clearly defined and there is zero ongoing effort required after the bounty is claimed. Something more sophisticated is needed to build complex systems.
