Once you get used to Linux it's such a better experience than Windows. I run Linux Mint too but have been thinking about making the switch to a more "advanced" OS. I'll try some other distros in a VM before deciding if I'll swap.

I've been wanting to make the switch for a while. How do you find it so far? Any limitations you've come across?

Omarchy (Linux distro) looks interesting. I will try it out in a VM and see if I want to make the switch from Mint.

I am reasonably happy with my current stack, but thinking about possibly switching to Brave, from Firefox. I will trail it and see if I like it.

I find messaging to be a tricky one, as it's hard to get people to switch away from Facebook Messenger to Signal etc.

Nice. I'm pretty happy with Mint so far, so not looking to switch anytime soon. There is a fair bit to learn when coming from Windows, but it's worth the effort.

I did hear about a recent Win update which causes an issue with dual booting, so I'm not looking forward to dealing with that haha.

What Linux distro do you use?

Currently upgrading to Linux Mint 22. Hopefully all goes well. Who else is running Linux Mint?
