Mantra: I love my life. My life is awesome 👀

I was a shell of a human. I was empty. I felt like nothing. I was a victim. I called myself a dead man walking 💔

I love my life, my life is awesome. I kept saying it.

Back then, I was leaving a toxic, drug fuelled, psychologically draining relationship with my two littles. I was deeply unhappy with my life. I thought no one could ever love me especially as a solo mum with two children. 😞

I was brave and I didn't want to be miserable and bitter. My psychologist told me to learn about the Law of attraction. ✨

So I went to the library and brought home two books:

The Art of Happiness by HH The Dalai Lama

The Key to Living the Law of Attraction by Jack Canfield

I began to search for three things each day to be grateful for. I used to find it hard sometimes. I was heart broken and sad, but I always found three things each day 🙏🏼

I walked around the house with my

mantra. I would literally roll my eyes as I said it 🙄 Let me say, I didn't believe saying these words would make a difference. I said it on repeat all day long for weeks and then months. One day, maybe two or three months in, I woke up and thought to myself, "Wow, it worked. I do love my life, my life IS awesome"

I wrote my first 101 goals that year. 💫

Now my mantra is, "I love my life, my life is awesome. How does it get better than this?!" 💖

And you know what? Life always shows me there is always a next step, a new level. More fun, happiness and opportunity is always on the way if you're open to it 🧡
