I keep seeing posts about how institutional investment in bitcoin is increasing and about how retail is not a significant enough volume to move the needle anymore.
If these two things are true (and please correct me if they are not) why is the price just crabbing sideways? What are the other market forces that are counteracting increased demand and the resulting price increases from the institutional adoption?

No amount of cloud seeding could have caused last years floods. It was an unprecedented amount of rain for the area in 24hrs
It rains more often that it used to. So much so that it has lead to a lack of rain in parts of Oman, particularly in the mountains.
The conditions have to be correct for it to work and I would guess that the conditions that precede wild fires are not conducive to cloud seeding.
