I had a four-pack for a few months in 2021 but then I tore an abdominal muscle doing weighted sit-ups. Spent the next several months where every cough, laugh, and sneeze would cause me pain. Never again...

Turns out your abs heal extremely slowly. Be careful not to overexert them!

I got addicted to alcohol and cigarettes while serving in the military. Did a 30 day rehab. Still drank afterwards. Accepted the fact I'd lose my wife and my kids would hate me.

Since becoming 🍊💊 I quit alcohol.

Quiting cigs today. Root for me.
