for one, he didn't start any new wars, brought peace to the middle east and he revitalized industry in the US that drove real wage growth for the first time since 2001. That alone makes him the best president in my lifetime.

The state is always the enemy of the people. they have a monopoly on force. It's their only tool and the state will always choose a controllable champion to prop up in order to control an industry.
