Get em while you can, the sale of "assault rifles" were just banned in my state

Can't stand Keurig, anyone have recommendations for coffee brewing?

Has anyone else been getting communist ideology thrown in their face on other social media platforms? It's nauseating

What’s the tldr? I don’t even know what this is tbh

I like the UI very much. But for some reason I can’t use a lot of the functions of the app: comments, posts, likes, zaps. I can’t even view messages. Will just use Damus for now, love this app

Has anyone tried using Primal on iOS? Wanted to give it a try

People misunderstanding the manipulation of the money supply and market controls by a greedy oligarchy that is ignored by an ineffectual government, being correlated to a higher cost a living, and then blaming the economic system "capitalism"(if you can even call it that anymore) has got to be my biggest pet peeve. Capitalism was supposed to create greater degrees of separation between those who are generally selfish and those who aren't. So that the individual can self actualize in the way that best suits them. Changing ownership of property and the means of production, to those who are already of the ownership class, would remove that separation. I don't see a way that this fixes the problem.

As essential that money is to the human standard of living, I don't think it's controversial to say that the control of the supply, should be left out of the hands of humans. We are fundamentally self interested, some more SELFish, others more SELFless. Left in the hands of humans you are almost always one generation away from a selfish class of people who control the money supply, jeopardizing the well being of others. Bitcoin could potentially be a step away from this system of rulership by other humans.

Not religious but I agree, it's weird unless your dressing up for a convention, in that situation you're celebrating (still kinda cringe imo).

Money is a tool to be used, nothing more. To worship it, gives off hammer and sickle vibes
