bitrefill the mastercard works over vpn which is nice. but i found the prepaid debit cards pretty hard to use without a lot of info given away
in general gift cards like a safeway or kroger card can be bought and used by just presenting the qr at checkout, so works pretty similar to cash. this is the bulk of where i spend, easy to just keep a couple large ones on rotation, and you dont end up with any dust too as you roll from one to the other at checkout which is nice.
i just posted on this but etsy works real well as you can buy a giftcard, make acct, redeem card, buy the item as a gift and be prety private ( especially if you send the gift to a friends house under a nym).
you can buy things in combo between the bitcoin company and etsy with pretty good privacy, was able to buy the gift card via lightning, make an acct, redeem gift card and send an item i purchased as a gift to a friends house using a nym name. 🤙
