It really doesn't make a difference. You can use a mobile subscription for only data and you will still need a [S]ubscriber [I]dentification [M]odule to make sure the subscriber has actually paid. And even if you didn't have a SIM card, or swapped in a new one every 5 minutes, your physical SIM card slot would have the same IMEI being shared with the mobile provider.
Though this information is all pretty much useless by itself. If you use HTTPS then your mobile provider can't see anything you do on the websites you visit. If you use a VPN then they can't see the websites you visit at all. All you are to them is a dot on a map. They won't even have your name if you don't explicitly give it to them when buying a phone and mobile plan from them.

You know what I think? I think that the main mistake that flat earthers make is caring. Seriously, is that how we are supposed to spend out time? Man, it's so easy to use Proton anonymously, even without Monero. I seriously don't know why people give Proton such a hard time. Emails and VPNs are already inferior ways of performing secret communication. As someone who uses both ProtonMail and ProtonVPN, I accept all the blame for my poor secrecy. Personally, I don't think Proton is malicious. They strike me more as a bunch of losers offering mediocre services to other losers.
Email is not a private protocol. There will probably never be a way to send an email to an arbitrary email address privately. If you are going to send an email, send it as if someone is going to be opening it up and looking through it.
If you need privacy, use something else, like Signal. If you need privacy AND anonymity, maybe something like Matrix would work? It's easier to ask someone to do that then to use PGP on top of email.
My personal absolute is "don't eat or drink anything with non-nutritive sweetners in them." If a product wants to have more or less saccharin in it then I support it 100%, and I'd love to try it, and if it tastes fine then I might continue to have it. But if the product feels the need to intentionally manipulate me into tasting incorrect nutrients then I won't even bother trying it in the first place.
