Some people get excited about larger magazines. 40 rds, 100 rds, 250 rds, drum magazines, etc. The original M16A1 used a 20 rd magazine, but was upgraded to a 30 rd magazine, and that has become the standard. Although a larger magazine seems like a good idea, there's a tradeoff between weight and reload frequency. Too much weight attached to the rifle itself makes the rifle heavier to carry and tougher to maneuver. 30 rd mags have become the standard, partly because they strike this balance well, although for AR10s (typically with heavier rounds), 20 rd mags are typically preferred.

Troubles me as well for interviewing if they aren’t looking for actual skills. One instance was showing two whites clearly from completely different backgrounds and then proceed to say they are the same category based on looks only and decide not to hire. You wouldn’t be able to do the video for any other race
Pretty sure most corporations are giving these types of trainings now (or will soon), answer is probably to leave the corporate world 😵
Just watched a new course for dev hiring process, as the only white person on my dev team my takeaways are:
