Nevermind, I see you figured it out and got nostdress running :) Nice!
I can't zap currently but looking at the generated /.well-known/lnurlp, it seems to be correctly configured.
Do you mean .env for nostdress or nginx?
If you already have your website reachablez you're either already using a reverse-proxy or directing it somehow - If you're happy with it I wouldn't change it as I don't think nginx would fix this particularly.
And alsoz instead of just allowing nsecs out right, allow nip-46 instead, so I can manage what I want to allow to happen and not give the client my nsec!
I tried LNbits with lnurlp but it also didn't work for me - But I'm fairly sure it was something in my nginx config that just wasn't redirecting it properly (LNbits is very specific about reverse-proxy configs, you need to get it exactly right or it won't work).
Up until now I've been running lnd yes, but plan on switching it up to Core Lightning going forward.
In regards to vanity names, do you mean lightning addresses?
I used LNbits with a zap-only wallet which is connected to my nostdress instance. It doubles as lightning address and NIP-05 (nostr) verifier.
I'll probably keep this setup going forward.
Withdrawal from being on nostr without being able to zap anyone is starting to get to me...
Soon™...

By island, is that Azores or Madeira?
Last I checked MEO didn't offer 10Gbps even in continental PT.. But it's been a while.
Bitcoin withstands nation state attacks and the monero shitcoiners come out of hiding in full force spelling doom. Shitcoins haven't withstood a single proper attack, but they're sworn by anyway.
Interestingly, you don't see Bitcoiners specifically going out there suggesting BTC is better than the others for this or that reason - We know it's better because we see it be better and grow stronger every time it's attacked, but ALL the shitcoiners show up out of nowhere to say theirs is best anyway.
But they can't prove it. Other than theories, they've got nothing to show for it considering, again, none have withstood what Bitcoin has.
Monero shitcoiners will one day realize their coin isn't as scalable as they think - With dynamic block sizes, mining and no cap, you can't be certain that the entire number of nodes across the planet will be synchronized in full and keep it that way, further increasing the attack surface it already has by not being able to achieve the same level of decentralization or hashrate Bitcoin has.
Potentially hot take: "Follow The Money" and Kelton are a governmental defense to normalize Fiat by rebranding it as "Modern Monetary Theory", and it's doing so via the entertainment medium.
Weird, tested yesterday and wasn't working. Just worked now, eh. Sorry!
And Thanks.
I keep seeing "#Bitcoin needs privacy, but won't have privacy because it's too far #KYC 'd and #ETF 'd and governments don't like #privacy".
Wtf?
Since when are governments even a factor in this equation? SEPARATION OF MONEY AND STATE, this is the fight we chose, this if the fight we fight, and now is the time. #SelfCustody, or GFY.
nostr:npub1v0lxxxxutpvrelsksy8cdhgfux9l6a42hsj2qzquu2zk7vc9qnkszrqj49 How does one log into Snort with Nip-46?
I've trier clicking sign in with key and jist putting thr Bunker link there, but doesn't seem to work that way.. Also disabled nos2x extension to see if it was blocking options..

Indeed, beta 9 seems to work now, thank you!
Just need websites to improve the nip-46 experience.
Awesome.
Was looking to zap you but my node's down for maintenance :P Will definitely zap in the coming days! Thanks again.
Fair enough - As nostr:nprofile1qy88wumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmv9uq3wamnwvaz7tmzd96xxmmfdejhytnnda3kjctv9uq3wamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwdehhxarj9e3xzmny9uqzqdxj75n57x2clnfvkfrrm2l2mhu2y8uy4njzg8dg3qprhuzueqy4tfqqm7 suggested, in case you have a server with a reverse-proxy, say, with nginx for example, this is what I've done in the past - Just set a 301 redirect :
location ~ /.well-known/lnurlp/(.*) {
add_header Access-Control-Allow-Origin '*';
proxy_set_header Host zeuspay.com;
return 301 https://zeuspay.com/.well-known/lnurlp/{YourZeusPayUserName};
}
Good luck either way!
Unsure if you want to avoid running infrastructure, but an option is this nostdress, which has an option to forward sats from an address to another.
It's straight-forward to have it running on a docker container. If you're unsure how to do it or can't figure it out, happy to put together a guide on this.
It seems Wallet of Satoshi #WoS is blocking connections from Tor exit-nodes.
Can anyone confirm?
