Another option is to use Pi-Hole, the network wide ad blocker. You can VPN into to home with OpenVPN if you want to use it on the go.
I've been deeply embedded in the Google ecosystem for a really long time, but was able to wean myself off of Chrome and move over to Firefox. It took a couple of tries but I would highly recommend trying to stick with it. For one, Google is disabling ad blockers on Chrome and is generally less secure than firefox.

OpenAI has released GPT-4, a large multimodal model that exhibits human-level performance on various professional and academic benchmarks.
The model accepts image and text inputs and emits text outputs.
The text input capability is being released via ChatGPT and API, and OpenAI Evals is being open-sourced to allow for reporting of model shortcomings.

Seems like banks are a Ponzi scheme in their own right.
They take your money and then only keep a portion of it on hand for you to take back. The rest of it they use for their other business ventures. Similar concept to Ponzi schemes.
Ponzi schemes can run indefinitely as long as a majority of the investors don't ask for their money back at the same time. Same as the banks? But when they do it they get a bail out.
