I don't know any node-on-the-phone options that are using Core Lightning, so you will need a new full node, since your Umbrel is done-for.

My recommendation in that department would be Start9,

Then you need to get Bitcoin Core installed and start downloading the full blockchain. If your Umbrel was running on a Raspberry Pi, you will be pleasantly surprised at how fast the Start9 dowloads and validates the full blockchain.

Now you can install Core Lightning. You will need to transfer some sats to your node on-chain for setting up any channels you want, too.

As for who to open channels with: If you are only using this node to receive mining rewards from OCEAN, it makes the best sense to open a channel directly with them in the size you want to build up in your lightning balance before sending it off to cold storage.

Once the channel is set up, all the liquidity is on your side of the channel. That does you no good since you want to receive from OCEAN, so use boltz.exchange to either send the full amount to either your cold storage or back to your node's on-chain balance to set up more channels that you may want.

Now you are ready to create your offer invoice to give to OCEAN using either the Core Lightning UI or Ride the Lightning.

Man, you've gotta be careful about that. The way you were responding to nostr:npub1rtlqca8r6auyaw5n5h3l5422dm4sry5dzfee4696fqe8s6qgudks7djtfs people could have thought you meant him, which is what I originally assumed. Then when asked for clarification originally, you tagged nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx in the same breath as Bitwise, which made me think you meant both together.

That's how viral rumors get started.

They're starting an ETH ETF together?

I can only speak for myself whenI was a child, and my experience with my own children.

It was effective and appropriate for me in the rare instances when it was implemented by my Mother. It was effective but inappropriate when implemented by my Father, who tended to do it in anger, which damaged my relatuonship with him until I was much older.

In my own household it has been effective and I believe appropriate when implemented. That has been rare and is now non-existent since my children are older. It was only ever used for willful defiance of previously established rules. I also have a fantastic relationship with my kids who are now in their teens.

The household is absolutely not a democracy or any kind of imagined ideal anarchy, particuarly when children are young. They must have strong authority at those ages for their own safety. As they get older, parents must use wisdom with each particular child to allow them more and more authority over themselves as they are ready for it. The parents' job is to raise children who are capable of being sovereign adults. Spanking is certainly not the only way, or even the primary way, to accomplish that, but it is a tool that can be applied properly, effectively, and sparingly.

#Streamstr, imagine streaming a game on zap.stream and receiving zaps from your viewers that can be spent immediately in the game you are playing.

I don't think anyone is doing for #Gaming and #Bitcoin what https://m.primal.net/IKuu.mov overeign Craft is. We just enabled LNAddress sending with a simple command in game.

I guess that's what I get for updating right away.

At least I have plenty of other client options to use until it is fixed.

Anyone else on #Amethyst having issues with it crashing any time you try to tag someone in a post or reply?

I am not entirely certain which I am most bullish on, but if I had to put them in order it would be:

#Bitcoin

#Fedimint style eCash

#Nostr

#Pear / #Holepunch
