That is why I am emphasizing a philosophical revolution. People understand the importance of free speech (even though the neo Marxists twisted that term to make it irrelevant) and are appalled when someone attacks it. We need to get them to understand that privacy is at the root of every freedom they care about.

I remember chatting with a swiss guy over beer in a tech conference. When he told me he was swiss I said something along the lines "wow! Awesome! You guys have a great GDP". He was totally ashamed and said so. I was shocked, why was he ashamed of "his" success. I told him he should be proud of his country. He agreed but the socialism indoctrination was strong in him.

If most swiss are like him, Switzerland has a problem.

When I talk with people, most of them understand that they don't have any privacy. They just don't care.

This is quite an issue. Freedoms are being stripped from us with out anyone thinking it's an issue.

Technology isn't the answer. As rules and regulations increase, freedom technology will be harder to use.

What we need is a revolution. A philosophical revolution. One that will put individual freedom right at the center. One that will explain why privacy is so important.

Is it a regulatory issue? Or a political stance?

This is the future of all Blockchain tokens. The only way to avoid is is to use an anonymous Blockchain by design. AKA Monero.

But even that won't help. The regulator would find a way to make Monero unpractical. Yes, tech savvy individuals will find a way to use it. But the normal Joe on the street will be to afraid of it. Thus rendering Monero a geek novelty.

There is only one solution. It's not an easy one, but it would work. A philosophical revolution. When the people will understand that privacy is a right (and hold a correct concept of rights), these proposals will be rejected just like slavery.

The question is not how much money it was worth but how much of the median income was it worth.

Start with looking for someone who is better than you. He will be the head of the team.

Once you got him find someone who is not as good as the first guy, and not as experience but knows it and has a passion for learning and improving.

Try to find two or three like that. They will be the main producers of the team.

Next take some one young and fresh but really eager to learn. He will be the future of the team.

When your have the development running and the product in an MVP state, find someone who is a hard worker, not that bright and knows it. He will take all the tasks that bore the other team members and do them well.

Most importantly, screen for people who are willing to admit mistakes. I am always right mindset, even if he is 99% correct, will break the team.

That is my 2 cents.

I swear, the constant “I don’t care about culture, I have guns and food, I’m good” and “culture doesn’t matter, don’t you see we have forever wars to stop” while never stopping to think about how ALL of this stems from culture is so intentionally blind.

Yes agorist-man… if we all just stopped paying taxes tomorrow, the whole Ponzi scheme collapses overnight. True. Tell me, why hasn’t that happened? Why do people keep serving the exploitative machine? Culture. Culture is the answer.

And if you put the cart before the horse and check out before tipping the scales against the machine, every “normie” that you say “doesn’t matter” and “fuck the left and the right” is going to be weaponized against you.

They won’t just leave you alone. You can’t just check out. Gamergate, Ruby ridge, and this “return to the land” whites only community are proof of that. The machine will protect their consensus by making examples of you to keep the normies in line and stop them from copying you.

Because THEY know it just as much as we do. THEY are just as aware that, if we could get everyone on board, we can atlas-shrugged them into irrelevance overnight. But ONLY if we CARE about culture and get a crucial mass of people on board.

Otherwise, you’re just cutting yourself off.

I agree. Culture matters.

But culture is downstream to philosophy. That is where we need to focus if we want to move the world towards freedom.

When government interfere with the markets, they destroy the markets.

I don't think it's silence. It's a very strong statement that for the good of humanity Hamas must be destroyed.

How popular is #nostr in the #uk? Seems as if it should be....

And what happens when two upright individual have a disagreement regarding a contract that they signed? What then?

Here is a reminder that Egypt refuses to accept any refugees from Gaza. Not even civilians who need medical attention.

Opening the Egyptian border would be the best way to help the people in Gaza.

Who could have guessed tha raising the price of a commodity will make it scarce?

Who could have guessed that making travel scarce will harm trade (trade == trave of commodityies)?

Who could have guessed that socialism will fail yet again?

Where will they move?

The problem is that big countries are bullying small countries to pass laws that destroy privacy, autonamy and independence.

The solution is not technology. It's a good philosophy.
