Quit refined sugar, wheat, alcohol and dairy
Zapping you from my WoS 🙈😂🤣
Seriously though, 2023 has been the year of learning for me, from getting clued up on btc, Nostr, setting up a business, learning heaps of new tech... When I set up wos I didn't want to but I did it, as a temporary solution, bc I had info overload and everyone kept saying "just do WoS, it's simple". I wasn't comfortable with it but did it bc it was a no-brainer. I knew I was going for convenience and would end up having to revisit. I don't keep much on it though, just enough for zaps on Nostr.
Love it! I can't zap you though
Thanks! Just beat my kid 😁
Unless the government comes up with some vague rule that makes you a person with a snotty nose
If they had very limited resources I'd refer them to nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx 's website. He has a pretty comprehensive list of btc resources.
My good friend nostr:npub1cly0v30agkcfq40mdsndzjrn0tt76ykaan0q6ny80wy034qedpjsqwamhz put a bitcoin basics course together.
One thing to consider is, they eat lots of seafood, which is rich in iodine. Iodine is good for the thyroid. Good thyroid function plays a vital role in metabolism. Low thyroid function = low metabolism. This, combined with other factors mentioned in this thread (more veggies, less wheat, sugar, healthier diet in general) could play a role.
If you still have your kids in government schools, you don't yet fully understand how detrimental that is to their sovereignty, mental wellbeing, education and mindset.
Who would like to learn more about this?

I find it so disappointing that so-called awake, freedom loving individuals I know have not even bothered to explore Nostr or get an account, despite my attempts to purple pill them. It's crazy because I'm one the least techy people I know (of my generation) and I'm such a late adopter!! I didn't even get a FB account for donkey's years, until I was forced into it due to my kids' activities being organised within groups. I had a brick phone until 2016. I've only ever owned 2 smartphones. I'm on my 2nd. And yet, when I heard about Nostr and after witnessing the rampant censorship over the past few years, I thought this is it! This is what's needed. I made the big push to learn and do what it took to show up and get myself here. It was almost as challenging as learning bitcoin! 😂 It makes me think those people are just full of hot air (or something else 💩). I guess some of them might say, if they want to reach the "normies" they have to be on those platforms but, if you say all that stuff about decentralisation, building alternatives, exiting big tech blah blah then why are they not here helping to build it anyway, even if their "audience" isn't here yet? It makes me wonder if they just want other people to build it so they can come here when it's all done for them 🤷♀️ but then maybe I shouldn't try to guess what other ppl think.
I know, hubby and I both turned to each other and said "Thank F for that, I just sh*t myself" 🤣🤣🤣 It's a warning blow for sure
I knew something wasn't right when it dropped straight back down. Didn't think we were due for a decision on it. Well I guess some bastard made a tonne of money. Manipulating bastards. I'm off to the beach now grrr 😁
Ahh sh!te, knew something big happened, was gonna go to the beach for my daily vitamin D but might have to stay home and stack instead
My country of origin is universally hated by a lot of people and, being from that country, I always get this odd feeling that I should apologise when I say where I'm from. It is generally a shithole tbf, which is why I left (twice lol) so it's never triggered me if ppl say so. However, it is a matter of perception as many ppl think it's wonderful. My adopted country, on the other hand, seems to be universally loved and admired. The difference in the 2 countries in terms of how ppl react and how you're treated when they ask you where you're from is HUGE. I often switch up the 2 choices just to observe the different reactions.
This is one hell of a typo!
Also decimalisation happened in Britain in Feb 1971. When I started to explain to my Mum about CBDCs and what that means for us, she started ranting about Britain converting to decimal currency, how much ordinary folk got ripped off in the conversion & how much her purchasing power & ability to feed her family reduced as a result of it. I think she started to smell a rat and that I'm not just a crazy lady trying to tell everyone we're going to get screwed over.
Just #orangepilled my lovely friend in her 60s (I've been ever so gently planting seeds for a while). She just messaged me saying she didn’t finish the video I sent her because she wanted to listen to it with her husband. Then said "I would be willing to take $50 and buy some Bitcoin. First I need to build a wallet!"
Bless her. Baby steps! ☺️
