Indeed... I don't have a problem with them personally, but definitely support your wish to filter it :).
They made a post which simply linked your initial message, but didn't respond directly to it. Resulted in me seeing them in my notifications as well.. definitely something to think about for client side content moderation.
Hmm.. looks like they are interacting with this message string but not through a comment, some kind of a boost. Which I would guess is then driving them in to your feed.. there's going to be alot of tools to be built to allow users to moderate their feeds to see what they want to see.
That would be client side, I believe.. not relay. Your client collects messages from the relay (probably all of them) Then pushes them to global feed, follows feed, dms, etc. Relay doesn't decide what you'll see.
Is browser local storage persistent? Or would like clearing your cache delete it? So far I'm quite happy with the extension.
Hmm.. I have been using nos2x browser extension, works like a charm with the web clients I have been using.
I bought one... it is also on my wall, right behind me when I'm on calls for work, a subtle #btc shill :)
Hmm... I'd say, imagine that you've used twitter for a long time but have become unhappy with their moderation algos etc.. what do you do? Abandon the account, your connections, your history? With nostr you don't have to. Move to a new client, keep your followers and history, continuing interacting with folks who stay on Twitter and they won't even know you've moved clients. Nostr separates content ownership from the front end client.
that's an interesting idea... have to be careful maybe with regulatory stuff though... a mint is very much like a bank, and you're very much doxxed ;)
Phoenix wallet for me.. for new people I'm introducing to btc I usually use muun for simplicity sake.
Like half my tweets recently fail to send and end up as drafts.
I missed that bit of drama I guess.
ooo who reformed? was it nano guy?
add a .eth to that rock and it's worth a million bucks, one of a kind!
Ya.. I downloaded kiwi for my android, supports extensions from chrome store and way faster with astral
This is awesome!! Mad props. Is thread rendering not a thing yet? I don't see posts and responses "in line".
are the damus likes all client side? or is a "like" an event that's recorded via relay?
#[0] #[1] - was able to use the password provided to log in to the website and see where i could update my key for nostrplebs nip-05 verification, was not able to change my password though, button went nowhere.
