I find it’s a little unpredictable. Have felt day 2 to be most difficult some times, then cruising on day 3.
Have done 3 and 4 day fasts before. Very beneficial, also mentally 👌
My eating window I aim for is 2pm to 8pm. So depends on when I get up 😅
But happy to adjust back or forth if the day demands it

Best parts: better sleep, more energy, mental clarity. Enjoy food more.

Curate your feeds yourself, use lists.
You become what you feed yourself, and unless you trust big tech algos to be aligned with your principles and know who you want to become, you should probably unplug from that shit.
