Logs is usually the first goto. Did you try "troubleshoot" from Web UI and check the logs?
I think they are on discord now.
Check the getting started guide. For 20k a month they spin up a lightning node for you in the cloud... But you still have to configure it.
This will involve depositing sats or bitcoin and opening one or more channels.

How did you "set up" alby hub? Just installing it bare.. Or as part of for example Umbrel?
Didn't alby hub want a local lightning node as part of setup?
Surely you must use alby hub with a lightning node?
Can't even zap you 1 sat. Sounds more like a configuration issue. How old is your node? How many public channels?
