Yes but also no.

You can’t force someone to change but sometimes life throws people into a situation they were never ready for and they rise to the occasion transforming in the process.

I do not think we will ever have any idea what is on base reality. But AI certainly feels a level removed from where we should be. If anything we should be trying to move deeper towards base reality but the AI realm seems like a step in the other direction.

Funny how these things seem to roll out in different places at the same time.

In Australia our age verification laws come in to effect in December.

Lockstep

Three days in a row as I walked through the station subway the busker was singing “Yesterday” by the Beatles.

The ambiance and the choice of song really made me feel like I am living through my own Groundhog Day type movie.

I have been told this is literally impossible.

I would write the script but at this point I think my time would be better spent just filming the documentary as it plays out in front of us.

*questioning free will as I am trying to work out if I am moving my mouse randomly enough

Not wearing a watch just means I look like a fool always checking my empty wrist 🤣

How did it ever become the acceptable norm that job advertisements do not state how much the position pays?

It’s the first thing on everyone’s mind when they are looking at a position. Obviously people work because it pays them. Is it that unreasonable to want to know how much the job will pay before you apply?

Endless frustration.

And for the pleasure of doing all that extra trading they are also rewarded with paying capital gains tax three times 🤦‍♂️

This might be totally against the nostr ethos but I feel like many people (non technical folks) need a layer equivalent to a bitcoin exchange. Somewhere that they can log in and use wth a username and password before they are ready to self custody their keys.

People crave the familiar.

Time to hardfork bitcoin and increase the blocksize to at least a petabyte. RIP lightning network but you are no longer needed.

It feels a lot easier to know what you own than have any idea who you are!

I wish I could ditch the bitcoin podcasts and instead listen to hours of people discussing who I am and what I should do with my life.

Sometimes you just have to lean in to radicalisation.

If you want to slightly up the anonymity you might need a new domain as well.

A subtle transition to tie the brand together.

I would think light would scatter and bounce of both the atmosphere and the clouds sending it in all directions.

Tell the to make a short video on what they did. Sounds like a viral concept “How I got a free Porsche” - When bitcoin eventually goes up and they get their car the ad revenue from the video will probably put them well on their way to the next coin!

Thus starts a beautiful career as a crypto influencer.

Ocean needs to make Trump style “Make Mining Decentralised Again” hats.
