It for sure fixes it, but not sure how a venue could currently stream sats direct and not pay PRS. It would need a mass opt out of PRS which will take time.
I was think about streaming music earlier. Say I own a cafe and play background ambient music. At the moment in the UK at least I have to pay PRS and other fees to play the music and I bet most of it goes to the labels and not the artists.
If there was a way to stream sats or subscribe to music that was outside of the PRS royalty system I bet more money would flow direct.
Not sure how an artist would remove themselves (or even if they would want to) from the scheme but in order for the venue not to be fined the music would need to not be on the Royalty list.

Depends on how small you need. One of mine is an old Dell Laptop that I put a new SSD into and flashed as a Start9 Embassy (no cost) and it sits in a corner closed. Having a battery is a big benefit.

Its easier if you eat meat / fat, eating sugar and a lot of carbs make it harder as you feel hungry within a few hours.
