vid goes hard btw👊🏼

imo in the beginning no one cares about what bitcoin is, they only care about what it can do for them. so i start off by saying it moved my retirement date up 15 years (even though i don’t care, it seems like other ppl care about that a lot). that’s usually enough to get them off 0 if they don’t have any yet, but they usually buy ETF bitcoin at that point. once they’re off 0 it becomes easier to start the orange pilling process but everyone takes their own path, so it’s hard to organize a “one-pager” in a way that makes sense for everyone. For me, for example I didnt want to buy until i understood exactly what i was buying “on the blockchain”, and that required a much more technical discussion than what you have in the “how it works” section. So I needed to learn about block headers, hash pointers, hash functions, ECDSA, UTXOs, etc and how they worked at the technical level before i felt comfortable buying in size. Otherwise, i think you do a really good job of succinctly answering the important questions people have when entering bitcoin in language that’s easy to understand. As an aside, I think no matter how succintly and easily you describe the broken money situation, people really have a difficult time fully appreciating it unless they put things together for themselves, and sometimes that just takes time. So you can try to help guide them to the answers, so that the orange pilling process is faster, but again that can be hard to do with a one pager, which is why i prefer the old fashioned way of one-on-one conversation(:

Anyone gonna be in new york June 14-21?

regretting buying the ATH is a fiat mindset. buying the ATH, knowing that it’s adding to your stack, and that you will continue to buy relentlessly, is the righteous mindset

we stack every all time high, because every price was once an all time high🫡
