I go buy my meat from a local farmer! I use already animal fats. Eat organic eggs. Try to reduce carbs, alcohol and sugar. But the sugar part is difficult in my opinion because it’s literally i everything.

This gives the Bitcoin Network properties that are unique and also unusual when compared to the Federal Reserve, the Bank of England, the People’s Bank of China, and other Central Banks where monetary policy is centrally controlled, specific entities are given the privilege to inflate the currency, and objectives are centered around a given country’s employment, prices, and interest rates.

I’m in US Zone 7b. Best advice I can give is don’t let fear of perfection get in the way making progress, any progress, towards the goal. Start small, see what works, don’t fight what doesn’t, add when it’s feasible, and don’t complicate simple things.

Maybe one of the reasons it feels so different here is that the people most attracted to a decentralized network like Nostr (and Bitcoin) are genuinely more curious and open, because they had to do the work to understand what centralization leads to.
