Maybe one of the reasons it feels so different here is that the people most attracted to a decentralized network like Nostr (and Bitcoin) are genuinely more curious and open, because they had to do the work to understand what centralization leads to.

😁 - same fold..approximately 34…..just more people awakening to the rate of technological advancement - and it’s opposing force in the manipulation of money, coercion, and control in the name of “saving” people - but really enslaving them.
My conviction that Bitcoin is both our only hope and inevitable couldn’t be higher as the debt system unravels.
Thank you for all you do helping educate those few people with integrity and power see the only path forward to avoid the slave state.

I think its getting easier to see the value of decentralization or more importantly the flaws of centralization.
As the road gets rougher more apples fall off the back of the cart. Nostr and bitcoin are parallel paths patiently waiting for others to discover them.
When you do, you wonder how you existed in that old world. Why you never saw the things and why you blindly accepted things that make no sense like paying taxes when governments can print money!!

Even though I don’t have a deep understanding of how exactly everything works - the underlying idea of getting a distributed power in everyone’s hands is what seems to be the right way!
