Testing out Primal on iOS. Miss the Explore option from the web version.

Carnivore or Keto at least for the first couple months to jump start your journey. Find out your TDEE on a calc and eat at least -500 a day. Walk at least 10k steps a day and implement strength training (in any capacity) at least a couple times a week. Don't get in the habit to eat back your exercise cals, too.

Definitely want the audio book. Other audio books that have had them toss them into a PDF that you can download and look at later. I consume most of my audio while walking so would prefer the narrator describing what they're referencing for sure.

Yep. 100% concur. A Bitcoin group local to me is using Telegram but I was part of their leak last year where accounts ended up on the dark web and won't use it ever again. Several I've talked to about this don't understand and don't think it is a big deal. Incongruent values for a Bitcoiner IMO. That isn't even getting into the fact they've recently added BTC payments and have KYC on their app... nah man, I'm good.

#Nostr client trial #9 (I think) and I may just have a winner. The desktop #Nostrmo client is very clean. Needs a jump to top button/link but other than that, so far so good. Can grab it off Github.

Went to the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago a few years back and watched a lion walk in a circle 8 for 10 minutes. He had been doing that for quite awhile because that path was burned into the grass. You could tell he was totally defeated.

I use the desktop client, but I believe Nostrmo also has a PWA version. It has been the cleanest client I've tried so far.

About the same time I last did as well. I've seen both Wells Fargo and Bank Of America close branches within a few miles of my house in the last couple months. I imagine we'll see that trend pickup.

Is there a site that keeps track of #nostr relays and which are now defunct?

Who said ostriches can't fly? I grew up with Joust. IYKYK

Could it be a little of both? He could believe he is advancing society but also believe his way is the "right way" of doing so? At the end of the day, he needs money to advance his interests so that also has to fuel his thought process and decision making in some capacity.

Volume, too, but I was more thinking of the circular economy aspect of BTC. If everyone is "saving" including ETFs locking away massive stacks in their trusts, does it make P2P/D2D usage even more scarce? Does BTC just become a savings/investment vehicle? This is also why I've wished BTC would appreciate more before these companies come in because their monopoly money wouldn't go as far.

Listened to a handful of pods on #Bitcoin ETFs and curious why nobody is talking about the potential for serious reduction in BTC velocity? With the halvening hitting, if multiple funds gobble up remaining liquid supply and start chipping into whale holdings, between those trusts and others holding that don't use/sell, it seems velocity trends downward drastically. What consequences does this usher in?
