By brining nip90 to amethyst an open market for algos now exists in a large client. Ideally this is a better user experience than any predefined algo a single client would give their users otherwise as users have a choice what they want to pick for discovery. And devs have a choice to bring to this open market what they think is best or missing.

By having a better user experience, other clients will have to open to an open algo market or they will always have a worse experience in comparison. This is the anti elite move. I hope it is successful.

Maxis have had a fable for custody for a long tkme if not ever. Otherwise they would have put out a clear defensive way to GROW block size.

Popular social media circle jerked account makes the same point two months later and they are hailed as a visionary for it. Nostr developers, ever wonder why some get more attention than others even if they aren't really doing more? And don't get me started on why some "cheerleaders" get so much attention. Careful everyone, you are being manipulated on an "algo free" service.

A lot of bitcoiners know nothing about nostr. Quite amazing, really.
