Of course. Hasn't there been a split for a while, now?

I've been doing 100 pushups every day, for #100adaytill100k, and just found out that my 12-year-old son was inspired to do it too.

And just now, my almost-2-month-old son was on his tummy and lifting his head up over and over, apparently trying to join in.

You're out of excuses.

2014: "Eating red meat is going to make you fatter, raise your blood pressure, and kill you."

2024: "Eating red meat might make you look better and lose weight, but it'll still kill you sooner."

2034: "Eating red meat might make you look better, lose weight, and live longer, but it'll destroy Earth's climate sooner."

2044: "Eating red meat might make you look better, lose weight, live longer, and rejuvenate the environment, but it'll still mean to kill poor defenseless animals."

2054: "Eating red meat might make you look better, lose weight, live longer, rejuvenate the environment, and is wise stewardship over some of God's creations, but...but...it's still red, and I don't like that color."

Truth is nobler than a crown.

We will ₿rave the tempest longer

Tho the world upon us frown."

That has been tried, but hasn't turned out very well, since that's not exactly how creating a LLM works.

The nostr:npub1tayp5jjjfqx4ufukxqamsl28wd5pggvteqe6u9n3svjn62lfr0hsp89l42 has been built and trained from the ground up (it's not a GPT with a Bitcoin wrapper on it) on everything ever written or said about Bitcoin (by Satoshi and others in this space), and trained by Bitcoin maximalists on how to use all that data.

It doesn't have an animated avatar yet, though. 😏 But perhaps it will in the future...

It looks like it. Good thing Satoshi isn't the sole runner of Bitcoin's protocol. I run Bitcoin, because I run a node. If you run one too, then you also run Bitcoin. And if Satoshi is out there somewhere, and running a node, then he runs it, too. But like all the rest of us, he must follow the consensus rules, or else fork off of the network.

Satoshi also believed that Bitcoin would scale with a couple huge server-farm nodes running the protocol, mining, and keeping a copy of the whole timechain, while everyone else would just keep a copy of the most recent blocks. He didn't see thatakind if centralization as a problem, so he was wrong about that, too.

Bitcoin isn't a Satoshi cult. Satoshi can be wrong, we can point it out, and it's not sacrilege. Satoshi was smart, and we owe him our gratitude for putting the pieces together that were created by Adam Back, Nick Szabo, and others, but he is not God.

My 13-year-old son broke his arm recently when he fell backwards while roller skating. Amazingly, his hand didn't change color, he can still move it, and the pain is only a 1 or 2 out of 10 when at rest, and a 3 or 4 when he tries to move it.

Fortunately, I made a new friend last year, nostr:npub1g89ff0nj8kt9u5sspdg930948gqt0s6c0r0ehg33vn5gwls3vdustytc8k, at my meetup, #BitcoinChatt, who uses natural methods to heal this kind of trauma. No fiat "medicine" or fiat "food"; all healthy and sound techniques. And best of all: he accepts #Bitcoin

I wrestled some in my mind whether to spend some bitcoin or use my credit card; I want to stack sats, but I also want to encourage Bitcoin adoption. In the end, my desire for a circular Bitcoin economy won out, and I paid with sats.

We've had a lot of time to stack sats, and we shouldn't stop (I'll be replacing those sats as soon as I have enough fiat 😉). But if we want to see a world on the Bitcoin standard, we need to lead by example.

I did, back in 2018, but I didn't have to ask or think twice about it. There is no price that Bitcoin can ever reach that will make me regret giving a home and over an acre of quiet woodland to my wife and 6 kids.

Some things are worth 22 million bitcoin, and infinitely more.

None of those matter. They're just reinventing 💩coins, which were just failed reinventions of #Bitcoin.

Everyone gravitates to the money that they perceive everyone else is gravitating to. Right now, that money is bitcoin, and as long as the code, math, and physics on which bitcoin is based don't fail, that money will always be bitcoin.
