Nice! Glad you're getting out there! Still nasty humid here. I have been sooo slow this week. Not sure if it's just the heat or my new low-carb diet I haven't quite got dialed in yet or both...In any case I just remind myself I train in summer so I can enjoy big miles in the fall when it's nice! I hear you, but I feel like that really depends on who you follow. My feed is mostly homesteading types (not sure how that happened, but it's cool) who also occasionally mention bitcoin, but it's definitely more focused on raising/growing/foraging food, country/rural life, freedom of thought and speech, health, and much more. It's true, I originally found out about nostr bc my husband is a bitcoiner, and he helped me get my account set up, but I joined bc it seemed like a fresh start for social (and yay zaps), and now it has become much more than bitcoin. I think it will attract liberty-minded people, and then after joining they may eventually realize Bitcoin can be an important part of their freedom equation if they didn't already.
