So buddy of mine get his contract terminated and gets about 1y worth of money. I'm meeting him tomorrow for a sit-down. You probably can imagine what my recommendation is, but I'm gonna keep my mouth shut. However, if he insists I will back him up one way or the other. I really really think this is a pivotal moment money wise. Any suggestions?

Friday handstand... Making progress. Held for 3 seconds!!

I realize that doesn't sound like a long time, but it's progress from 1 second a week ago.. after only 10 minutes a day of practice.... And the funny thing is that 90% of the practice is watching the video and reflecting on what went right and what needs improvement. 🤔

I tried uploading the video to nostrbuild but it didn't like the format. So here's a screenshot of the balancing part.

I'm gonna keep doing this until I turn 61.... in August.
