I'm too scared of nostr:npub1q6ya7kz84rfnw6yjmg5kyttuplwpauv43a9ug3cajztx4g0v48eqhtt3sh's mum for the latter. I don't know her personally, but she raised Beave, and he's the only person I've ever met who is disagreeable enough to say that to my face ππ€£.
In today's #InkblotArt I see two baby elephants splashing in a forest spring. Also there are turkeys drinking from the pool way too close to the elephant's feet.
You paint a cozy picture. Suddenly, I want the same.
100%. It makes me wonder how I'll be when I get older.. Surely our generations know better. π€
Well.... Just bring yourself for a visit... Maybe a child or two too π
We have good beers for cooling down and some amazing reds π·I know the good stuff so you can skip the mediocre ones π.
It would be so much fun, an event to go down in the history books.
Come visit me in Australia... You and your family can stay at mine for a few days π but if you want sparsely populated you'd want to move beyond my city.
Neither, we have the option to be one or the other in every moment we live. We do tend towards whatever gives personal advantage though, sometimes we do that knowing we are defrauding someone else to gain that advantage.
Intrigued. I'd give it a try.
This post makes me want to eat haloumi for some reason. But I snack on Camembert since going carnivore.
Is that a whiskey? Is it good?
It never does. π«
If I were getting into working out from scratch, I'd do 10 push ups, sit ups, and squats every day along with the yoga course in Light on Yoga. I have a pdf, but the physical copy is much better.
Now that I've written this out, when my PT is over and I can do light exercise, I think this is actually what I'll do for a while, along with jogging and doing American Kempo forms and techniques at zero intensity.

I can't do push ups... My shoulders are most affected by fibromyalgia. I used to do very gentle ones against walls and often ended up in bed for days in too much pain to move. Scrubbing motions and even writing more than a few lines can have the same effect. I presume it happens when I use fine motor skills or put pressure on my shoulders. I tried this this morning and I'll find out if moving my shoulders is okay by tomorrow I guess. So far I'm not enjoying life.
I did a warm up then a 15 minute tabata arm and tummy flab workout. I tend to overdo things. It didn't feel this bad at the time...
Learning to workout day 1:
Three hours after my workout there's some muscles under my tummy that I didn't know existed, letting me know they exist and they don't seem particularly happy about it. Send help π₯²π«

Not particularly.
Mine already is, the indent is a permanent feature. I suspect my phone is too heavy but I don't have any other way of holding it. π
My diabetic and over weight friend is contemplating going carnivore, which makes me happy. She's worried about blood sugars, portion sizes and frequency of eating. I know there's alot of carnivores here. Any diabetic carnivores who have some advice I can pass on to my friend? Feel free to DM me if you don't want to talk openly about it. Thanks.
