Lots in Germany
Everything in self-hosted Hub is local
You can create Isolated balance and share it with your friends.
This will effectively give them a lightning wallet that uses your node liquidity, but it's their own wallet and they do not need to manage liquidity. They can connect their Alby Account wallet to that NWC connection.
The list of wallet interfaces that they can connect here is here: https://github.com/getAlby/awesome-nwc
Soon Alby mobile joins the list ;)
Happy to hear feedback from you! Just tag us here or post it on https://feedback.getalby.com/ ๐
Working hard now to include hundreds of feedback we received in the last days

nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm If I have GetAlby-Hub connected to my own LND node, GetAlby cannot see my transactions, can it? I wouldn't like that otherwise.
And where is the secure wallet connection string stored? Because on another computer, I was expecting to have to enter it again, but it loaded automatically (connect with GetAlby-Account). So is the NWC string stored somewhere in Alby's cloud?
As for the second question I don't fully get, can you explain exactly what you did?
NWC secrets are not stored in the cloud.

We can see those that goes through your lightning address (correct me If I'm wrong here nostr:npub1xv8mzscll8vvy5rsdw7dcqtd2j268a6yupr6gzqh86f2ulhy9kkqmclk3x), but not those that go directly with your LND (so any NWC connection with your Hub)
I may exaggerated the extend, maybe it is not dominant, but it is definately there. Also this may be more accurate to western Europe than US, dunno
Just because thats a prevailing narrative, especially in the West, that Soviets were the good guys because they were allies in conquering Nazis. Many people don't even know they were cooperating with nazis and conquered half of Poland alongside.
I am anti-government and not anti-russian. I have russian frends that suffer greatly because of their mafia at the top.
Haven't read, but listened to his podcast a lot a few years ago
Have you tried keto? It works well with OMAD
As I have MA in Psychology, this is indeed interesting conjuction. There's quite a lot of buddhist influence in modern third-wave behavioural therapies like ACT therapy for example.
However I have mixed feelings about it. First, many different buddhist practices do not work well If some methods are used in isolation. Eg. practicing mindfulness without ethical conduct can be first, very ineffective (it's very hard to calm your mind If you're full of negative thoughts, desires, hatered etc), and second can lead to things like being a mindful asshole ๐
I am more interested in overlap with cognitive sciences. There's a ton to explore there and it's striking how buddhist theory of mind and psyche from 2500 years ago is so aligned with modern science
Slowly getting back to #buddhism (deepening knowledge, practice and ethical conduct) so maybe I'll post about it on Nostr

This photo is from German American Bund parade, buddy.
I am not anti-Russian. How did you come to that conclusion?
Nostr is becoming more like twitter with lots of negative/toxic conent
"Self" is just our brains heuristic process. It does not exist
In case you think Soviets were the good guys in WWII, here's a picture of Nazi and Soviet parade in city of Brest in conquered Poland

Let me google that for you: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greco-Buddhism
Greco-Buddhism is the ultimate aesthetic

What's the problem with NWC?
Would love to hear feedback from you! We take any feedback seriously and in the coming weeks we are going to improve Hub heavily based on it
You can already run in on Start9 https://guides.getalby.com/user-guide/v/alby-account-and-browser-extension/alby-hub/alby-hub-flavors/umbrel-start9-etc.
Yeah it's migrated with your first channel opened
Go to "Node" page and see If you have "receiving capacity"
