I would take a look at some examples that contain multiple emojis just to get an idea. But there's no right or wrong way to do it.
I would think of keywords, and use the emoji search on my keyboard to search for those, picking appropriate emojis from the results 👍

I used to visit a friend with a parrot often. It learned to say Mosha's name, and absolutely loved messing with her I think. It was hilarious. Mosha would get all riled up in the beginning, because *bird!*. Once Rocco learned her name she would sit by his cage and do the head turn. You could almost hear the gears turning in her head 😂 He was an old wise bird, older than me 🤯
