#75hard Day 5

Only 5 days in...

1. Follow a ketovore diet, no grains, refined sugars, or yummy bbq sauces full of crap.

2. Drink a gallon of water

3. 2 45 minute wotkouts

4. Read 10 pages

5. Take a photo of your progress

Today was the first time that a fleeting thought hit about not wanting to do my second workout. We got the rower down last night for me to use today and I do like rowing. I downloaded a tabata app and did intervals. Really liking this particular tabata app.

#75hard day 4

1. 2 45 minute workouts - the first one resulted in a total change of clothing due to learning that my raincoat no longet works. Hope my shoes dry by tomorrow. Dog 1 was excited the whole time. Dog 2 kept looking sullenly at me.

2. Follow a diet - ketovore (happy to learn a strawbery is 1 carb because they are in season.)

3. 1 gallon wata

4. Read 10 pages - need to get on this one today.

5. Take a progress pic

I am surprised that I feel so good so soon. Lots of extra energy. I hope it stands. Weird weird dreams last night.

It is my way of doing a little bit each day to got big things done. The last bed is prepared for planting,.the filbert trees are gone, and we got it done before a nice,.soaking rain arrived.

1. The below item almost nailed me yesterday even though i usually drink a gallon of water

2. 2 45 min workouts (did overtime today to finish the route)

3. Read 10 pages

4. Take a photo of your progress

5. Follow a diet (ketovore...i was off keto right before this and today is keto flu day. The workouts helped with that a ton)

And yes I know my public photos are not of me. That is with intention

Who is your host?

It may not look like much, but took my "day off" to run to Nashville and trim shrubs and help move gravel, then got more beds prepped in the garden.
