Thank you for filling out the google form for shared group transport from the airport in San Jose to Uvita. We’ve taken that information and come up with groups that work for as many people as possible.
If you signed up for the first group transport form, it’s now time to pick the date/time of the shuttle you want to ride on!

Keep in mind that the more people that ride on an individual shuttle, the cheaper it will be for everyone on that shuttle. ***You’ll be paying the driver directly in cash at pickup.*** One more thing to note is that if you don’t see a group for your ideal date/time, you can always stay in San Jose the night before.
There is an inexpensive hotel ~15 minutes from the airport that accepts Bitcoin called Villa Margarita (+506-8390-2132 on WhatsApp). Then it’s a quick and cheap Uber ride to the airport the next day. There is also a Holiday Inn Express & Hampton Inn across the street from the airport.

Nice. Hey… I followed up yesterday to a brief telegram discussion you and I had awhile back about app specific notes. Basically I outlined how I’m handling them in the Verified Human app. I said I’d let you know what I came up with, and well, I wanted to keep my word. :-)
In thinking about the ideals that draw us to Nostr, I came up with three essentials:
1) Authenticity - We want to interact with other people without being bombarder by a bunch of bots.
2) Anonymity - Nym first. No paying for verification with identity revealing credit card payments of $8/mo (Twitter 👀), and definitely no government id’s (gtfoh FB)
3) Autonomy - Protocols over Platforms. No censorious centralized authorities or ad-based incentive structures manipulating our behaviors to manufacture consent or drive profits.
All three, bot free. That's the dream. I know we'll make it happen.
DM’d you Cameri. Would love to chat to get a sense of the best way to provide this service from the point of view of a relay dev/operator. And also just to riff on the idea of app specific relays/backends in order to optimize the front end UX. I know you’re busy, but if you get a minute and want to chat, I’d love to.

I’m currently working on something that if successful, would allow relay operators to offload this responsibility to a community managed system. Ideally, relay ops would be able to focus on implementing NIPs and providing an awesome service to users, rather than fighting spammers each on their own.
Appreciate that Merrcurr. I went ahead and added an About page as an explainer. If you get a chance sometime give it a read and feel free to challenge the proposal. The whole idea is a long shot, but it’s too interesting to me not to try it.
