Agreed. If Nostr is to grow, it has to accommodate everyone in its fold including other coiners. I also do believe we need a smart contract layer on Nostr relays. Not sure how to implement that!

By opening channel (from your own lightning node) with eg. WOS, you just add a tube to that giant pot of a wallet. Not very clear how much liquidity is required before WOS let’s you open that channel.
