Politics divides. Trade brings people together. Destroy political power & set trade free.

I have only kinda seen things in passing so I could be wrong, but I think the govt is trying to classify nitrogen fertilizer as some sort of pollutant so that they can tax the crap out of it or limit it's use & squeeze all of the farmers in some places out of business & force them to sell their land.

It really is one of the best

I don't think a lack of any sort of official training is a meaningful way to undermine Paul, the education establishment sucks anyway. But I definitely think he is carb addicted. I think his primary issue was probably liver. When I tried to incorporate liver it left me feeling like crap. When I eat avocados or fruit I generally feel extra tense very quickly afterward, particularly in my neck & I often have aches & other signs of inflammation, sometimes for days. Has happened too many times to just be a coincidence. I have had times where I craved leaner cuts which, in the context of what was said here, is kinda interesting. I don't seem to have any sort of electrolyte issues tho. Most supplements seem to just have negative effects.

Yeah, the quickest path to popularity is generally to celebrate people for their vices--providing them a sort of moral support for their slow motion suicide. But then in what direction does that move the world & what would that make us? The truth & reality are really the only path to any meaningful sort of respect from others or kindness toward them.

Reality is king. You can't protect your friends & family by helping them deny it.

There is a common form of social dysfunction that manifests itself through repeated denials. And anyone who dares to actually speak the truth, which everyone seems to already know & just really want to deny, is labeled some flavor of the worst evil imaginable. As though the idiots believed that never saying it would have prevented it from actually being true.

It's like people took those self help, limiting belief slogans, way too seriously. Those things are really just a hack to get people out of a negative confirmation bias cycle. They aren't supposed to be a justification for weaponizing your delusions against any undesirable wiff of reality.

So many of the people who fell for the propaganda & social pressure don't want to face reality.

Most are likely afraid for their own health. I suspect some fear having to see what their actions toward others say about them as a person.

There is always a cost to avoiding reality, and the longer reality is avoided the larger the cost grows.

If we create an environment where anyone can start a business (or work to solve some problem in an economically sustainable fashion) without paying anyone else for permission, then we create a world were anyone who wants work has more options. Then arrangements where people are more open about all financial arrangements might out compete everything else. So long as the threat of taxation exists it might be necessary for most dealings to be private though.

Lol, don't thank me too much. I think most of the worst atrocities in human history were rooted in good intentions that ultimately became a deadly effort to refuse to accept being wrong or to give up power.

You are free to organize your own work crews however you please. Others may not be interested. Bitcoin & Lightning potentially make it possible to be paid by the minute. There are lots of reasons people might prefer that.

Slavery is force & coercion & should be opposed by force. Saying that hourly wages are a form of slavery or that "renting people" is slavery would suggest you believe they should be opposed by force.

If you want things to be voluntary then you advocate an anarcho-capitalist world whether you like it or not.

I could see socialists making the argument that your effort to place % based valuations of people creates an inhumane sort of heirarchy too. Your distinction between what you imagine as some sort of ideal & the wage rates that people agree to is completely arbitrary.

This is why "well intentioned" planners always make life harder for everyone. You are somehow very detatched from reality.

So you want to control with force how people contract with one another in a way that will put the less experienced people at a disadvantage?

You can just as easliy learn what to charge by pricing things at an hourly rate & making others buy materials until you get a handle on how to predict such things. Micro managing the sort of business relationships people can enter into is ridiculous.
