Technical problem: Frens please help.

I have an issue with a Bisq wallet - which means I can't move funds in or out, I just get a "waiting" symbol and nothing written to mempool. I've tried the usual - updating, resynchronising etc.

1) what is the recommended way to sort this out?

2) I keep getting referred by another group claiming to be Bisq to a site called synchronizestring dot com to resolve this, but can I trust it?

3) following 2) requires me to enter wallet details/keys etc, which according to Bitcoin 101 is a no-no. How do I reconcile this?

Totally. Since it got "better" all I've really got from it is an even bigger bite taken out of my life. That's why I dumped Twitter last week. Life immediately gets better when you do. People make this humongous mistake of thinking it's important when it's really quite toxic.
