Closing down all on- and off-ramps, only kyc wallets allowed, any tx from a 'terrorist' wallet is flagged. If that happens, you don't need to capture the bitcoin network, you essentially wall it off and sufficate it. You can't bring your money into or out of the system, because they're gatekeepers.
If that happens in the next year or two, there is no parallel economy, there is not enough stuff you can buy with bitcoin, try booking a flight in order to get fuck out! Let alone the fact that most sheep will be too scared of the consequences to go against the law and use the 'forbidden' network. Of course, nobody wants to be the outlaw and be responsible to 'infect your grandmother'. Oh, and for fun, let's just throw health care into the mix, you only get treated with a digital ID and a CBDC account. Same goes for energy, food, rent, you name it.
I'm totally with Bitcoin, but for christ sake we are up against an enemy who has unlimited resources, a monopoly in violence, zero empathy and willing to do whatever it takes to defend their power. I don't see how this fight can be won, and I get increasingly more dystopian the more I observe and learn about the powers who dominate this world.

Wow, I thought I "knew" Ross's story, yet I didn't know shit. I'm of loss of words. In recent years it has become clear to me that there is some kind of heartless establishment with who knows what kind of self interests trying to control and poisen every area of our lifes, from finances to food, from education to energy, from media to medical, everywhere you can sense an evil chicanery.
