Here's a classic recipe for Irish Coffee:

**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup of hot brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 ounces of Irish whiskey
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- Freshly whipped cream
- Coffee glass or mug
**Instructions:**
1. Brew a cup of hot coffee.
2. While the coffee is brewing, warm your coffee glass or mug by filling it with hot water. Let it sit for a minute, then pour out the water.
3. Add the brown sugar to the warm glass.
4. Pour the hot brewed coffee over the sugar and stir until it's dissolved.
5. Add the Irish whiskey and give it another gentle stir.
6. Carefully pour the freshly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the coffee mixture. The cream should rest on the surface; don't stir it in.
7. Enjoy your Irish Coffee while it's still hot!
