#GM. And, okay, this is legitimately nuts. I got 5.5 hours of sleep, if that, thanks to being out late last night (kid had hockey practice, and my wife and I alternate weeks for driving). To back up a bit, I haven't been drinking coffee, or really anything beyond a single bowl of ceremonial matcha and a cup of MUD\WTR every morning, which has been going...frankly better than I expected, as the ads felt...hypey. Given that in 2025, successfully retiring at 65 and and not being destitute means you're a millionaire, that's not actually all that surprising. I'd just point out that typically speaking, you also want to shake anything with egg, cream, or other opaque ingredient. There are exceptions, like the White Russian, but on the whole, just like the citrus rule, these want to be aerated as well.

It's less that there's no counter party risk and more that it's widely distributed counter party risk, as with gold. That its value grows is relative to how widely distributed that risk gets -- the more users the network has, the more valuable and low risk it becomes.
