Just was chatting with some other #Palestine resistance minded folks and was informed about Nicegram; a #Telegram API-based messsenger that lets you access your existing Telegram account, but isn't subject to the channel blocking that we've seen for content from certain resistance factions. Very useful to have, especially as last I checked, Abu Obeida's feed had been censored.

I think even something as simple as the specific factors they're using to determine monetary policy by could reasonably be considered trade secrets if they're specific enough, if it provided the means of knowing in advance where fed funds target is going to be. Which is of course actionable MNPI to trade with.

Honestly, I've seen them have a similar blindness with HUGE companies that just happen to be privately held. Seems like if something wasn't printed in a 10-Q or said on a public shareholders earnings call, they can't be bothered to know anything about it. Half surprised they even mention Twitter anymore.

And from what I've seen on mempool.space, there are more BRC-20 tokens these days than ordinals or runes, though obviously, even this volume is low enough that we're able to get through the mempool (perhaps because they're, thankfully, not nearly as big as ordinals). These scammers rarely pull the same thing twice. Which is why we don't see so many ICO's these days, or hear so much about Web 3.0, or even see much about NFT's. The scammer flavor of the day seems to be memecoins.

Noticing no mention of Avocado oil, which seems to be all the rage as a cooking oil that isn't a seed oil that is also not saturated. Any data on problems with this?

I definitely use coconut oil a bit as well, and have started collecting tallow from the beef hearts I cook in my slow cooker (crazy how cheap these sell for...), but with my blood pressure and LDL where they are I do usually look for a bit lower saturated fat intake if only to raise my HDL:LDL ratio.

All ears if I've got it all backward here -- nutrition is definitely not my strongest suit.

I assume sometimes people want to ensure the towns DON'T grow. Sometimes people fear the over-commercialization of their quaint, safe, small towns, and would prefer the minimalistic approach. I used to work for a small business in one such town, and it seemed like at every turn the town gave us the message that business was at best tolerated. Most of the town commuted to the surrounding cities.
