I’m not trying to be funny with this post.

I’m a 44 year old woman, and sometimes men strike up conversations with me in public. I’m generally okay with it since I’m naturally outgoing.

In the last month, three grown men have told me their main hobby is scrolling TikTok. When I asked what they do for fun, that was their answer. Nothing more. I thought the first person was joking but they are serious. Then they are confused when I don’t want to hang out.

I keep getting asked why I'm doing random zaps.

My reason is every new thing, be it a system or platform needs an initial injection of energy.

People willing to random zap value based on the value others deliver into #nostr is what will start the value2value engine - over time it will become self fulfilling.

My 94-year-old grandmother, whom I’ve frequently mentioned on Nostr, entered hospice care today. She will pass away soon. Please keep my family in your prayers. Thank you. 🫶🏻
