Confession intime : il y a une partie de mon corps que je n'avais jamais regardéee 😳

💖 Alors que j'ai une vie intime plutôt épanouie et que j'ai eu 2 enfants, j'ai appris une chose importante avec Quantik Mama : nous sommes nombreuses à ne pas vraiment connaître notre corps.

Nombreuses à ne pas vraiment regarder, à masquer nos symptômes, à faire confiance aux autres pour nous dire comment nous allons… On nous apprend pas vraiment à connaître nos cycles, à nous écouter, à nous connaître. Au contraire, on nous pousse à consulter, à prendre la pilule dès le plus jeune âge.

🤔 Puis, on tombe enceintes. Et là, c’est un peu tard. On ne se connaît pas, on ne sait pas écouter ce que notre corps nous dit. On enchaîne les rendez-vous de suivi, les compléments, les informations sur les risques. Prises de sang, échographies… Mais qui nous rappelle que personne n'est mieux placée que nous pour savoir comment on va ?

🔑 On ne nous apprend pas à nous faire confiance, à s'écouter, à lâcher prise… et c’est pourtant là la clé d’un enfantement physiologique dans toute notre puissance.

J'ai préparé un accouchement à domicile, mais je ne me connaissais pas. Je cherchais à être rassurée. J'ai même cherché à être sauvée. Et ça ne marchait pas.

Il m'a fallu de nombreuses heures et une intensité inimaginable pour m'en rendre compte.

🌊 Il m’a fallu accepter d'abandonner le mental pour me laisser emporter par les vagues de l'enfantement.

🧘‍♀️ Alors, si tu tiens à un enfantement naturel, dans toute ta puissance, oublie les techniques de respiration. Apprends à te connaître, regarde-toi (partout), masse-toi, médite. Écoute ton corps, et celui de ton bébé. Rien n’est plus puissant que ça.

Mais si tu as aussi peur de t’engager dans des protocoles médicaux sans comprendre, travaille ton projet de naissance. Partage-le avec ton partenaire, discutes-en avec ta sage-femme.

Curious what people are looking for on nostr. I just post what’s on my mind, irrespective of how it’ll be received, but it occurred to me people only occasionally here for that type of content.

I’m here for two reasons: (1) To find signal — I want to learn something or be reminded of something that’s true; and (2) to find an audience for my thoughts and observations, to distribute my “work.”

The first is hit or miss. There’s a lot of GM posts and a lot of technical posting that’s over my head. But there’s enough signal to make checking my feed worthwhile.

The second is also hit or miss. I find *some* engagement, have grown a surprisingly decent following, but many if not most posts go into the void. I also wonder why it matters, since I am not making a living in nostr, and following/engagement for its own sake is largely empty dopamine.

But I guess I envision a world where one *might* one day make a living just expressing thoughts and observations, and that amazingly utopian prospect keeps me going — imagine how cool it would be just to speak your mind and get paid for it.

To be clear, no one is obligated to read anyone else’s posts, and maybe my interests and worldview just don’t resonate with that many people. After all, I’m almost 54, and most of the people using this protocol are much younger. Would 30-YO me be interested in what I’m writing now? I’d like to think so, but maybe not.

But I really am curious why people are here — is it mostly theoretical, the idea that you are on a protocol, not a platform, that it’s freedom tech? Or is there something specific you get out of it?
