I got a question. I have WOS wallet connected and I get zaps ⚡️ but can't seem to be able to zap ⚡️ notes on Damus. Is that related to the app or wallet and may be Purple resolves that? Which wallet do you recommend for nostr in general/most user friendly/ Thanks!

You have to have the TestFlight version to get zaps for Damus on iOS.
-Go to App Store and download TestFlight
-Go to Damus.io in your browser and download TestFlight version
-Once downloaded, click link https://www.nostrfreaks.com/zap/
-Press “⚡️On”
-Close and reopen Damus app
-Get ready to Zap by connecting a wallet in Damus

Have you thought of ways to reciprocate them with a bit of V4V in some way if Purple gets traction at some point?
I currently have no data on who is translating what. If there was a way I could link specific translations to specific individuals like we do with commits I could send sats that way. Maybe we need a new way do to translations?
💯 the translators have been huge contributors making Damus globally accessible and it makes me sad that we haven’t found a way to make sure they are compensated value-for-value in the same way that code contributors do.
All the translation attribution is currently in Transifex and can be looked up manually. The problem is that the integration to GitHub loses that attribution so it makes it hard — writing a script to call their API would make that a bit easier. Moreover, Transifex accounts aren’t linked to Nostr pubkeys or Lightning addresses so we would have to manually figure that out and manage that list so that we could map it back to people who can be zapped. I don’t currently have the capacity to do those things but maybe someone else on team Damus might?
As an aside, my ideal long term vision is actually building a translation management system on Nostr with a dedicated event kind for translations that could also integrate with the Nostr Git spec. In another life with enough time and funding, I wouldn’t mind working on it. But it’s currently a pipe dream.

I'm a Snort (web) subscriber and they already implemented the poll note feature. Can you please provide an estimate for when this feature will be available to Damus users?
