I agree but every bank do your “fractional reserve banking”, even the bank that partners with Cash App, and that’s why the government didn’t bail the bankers out. Only the depositors are protected. Are you saying the government should discriminate the depositors by only protecting the individuals and ignoring the business depositors? But do you realize that business depositors also need fund to pay their employees who are victims of this bank run?

Nonetheless, I know its a difficult situation and the only way to actually fix it is to bail out no one, not even with FDIC. That will result in a lot of pain, but that pain will grow into a generation that understands that banks are scams.
