New topic - how do you take your coffee? I used to be really bad, ton of sugar with that French vanilla creamerβ¦.Iβve been slowly modifying it down to what I now use. Which is a spoonful of honey powder and a splash of milk.
My dad ended up as a stage 2 diabetic at age 44. In 3 months he lost 45lbs and i asked how. He said
βBreakfast was 3 coffees with 2 sugars & milk. Then maybe a tour past the doughnut box at workβ
I started black and pretty much only have it dark while i water my plants
I drink my coffee black during the week and on the weekend I have it with whole milk.

I followed a similar path. Sugar to fructose sweetener, which I eventually modified to stevia. One day I just forced myself to drink it black and after about 5 days it became a preference. Ever since thatβs how I like it. Canβt even drink those sugar bombs from Starbucks or anywhere else without making a face
