Gonna be a weird mixture of food tomorrow because I was also planning on making katsu because I've been craving that for a while. So katsu with crème brulee for dessert.
So the best crème brûlée I’ve had in my life is the orange crème brûlée my brother in law makes sometimes.
So here’s a crazy thought … what about doing a yuzu crème brûlée? It could be so good… and yuzu makes it pseudo Japanese? Maybe?

I just went down a whole crème brûlée rabbit hole on Instagram and I don’t recommend doing this.
Also I didn’t add those accent marks, that was 100% autocomplete.

Have only ever had it at a chain restaurant, but it is a life changing experience 🤤. Definitely do dessert first and get some. It's on my list of things to learn to make but I loathe baking. And I don't want to end up 500 pounds and diabetic.
