Playback worked great on mobile iOS, but the reply is a bit wonky.

No real trick. Just post a link to an mp4 that's uploaded already somewhere on the web and it will play in-line.
Do you have a good web for those uploads? Like a Nostr.build but that would play/store videos?
I just borrowed the link from Twitter since it was previously posted there. Where's the best place for videos? I don't know...

Yes, just not sure how long it will take or how to charge for large videos. If major content providers I can work with them directly, create a dedicated landing page for their videos, etc..
Maybe you can allow everyone to upload the video for let’s say 30 days.. but if they want it to persist longer then you issue a LN invoice so they chose for how long they want it to stay
